SILS – Studio Italiano Legale Societario was established in 2011. The founding partners, including the current Managing Partner Fulvio Pastore-Alinante, had previously gained significant professional experience as partners at the international law firms Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati (then part of the PwC – PricewaterhouseCoopers network), Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, and Bryan Cave LLP.
