INFORMATIVA AI SENSI DELL’ART. 13 DEL REGOLAMENTO UE 2016/679 DEL 27 APRILE 206 (“REGOLAMENTO”)

Il titolare del trattamento dei dati personali a Lei riferibili (i “Dati Personali”) è lo Studio SILS – Studio Italiano Legale Societario (“SILS”), con sede in Viale Regina Giovanna 24, 20129 Milano. I Dati Personali sono trattati nel rispetto dei principi di correttezza, finalità, necessità, liceità e trasparenza previsti dal Regolamento, al fine di garantire il rispetto dei diritti e libertà fondamentali, nonché della Sua dignità, con particolare riferimento alla riservatezza, all’identità personale e al diritto della protezione dei dati personali, ai sensi dell’art. 6, comma 1, lettere (b) e (f) del Regolamento, per la finalità di poter dare riscontro alle Sue specifiche richieste, come da Lei formulate tramite il sito web di SILS. Il trattamento dei Dati Personali potrà essere effettuato sia in forma cartacea che con strumenti informatici. Il trattamento dei Dati Personali avrà luogo per il tempo strettamente necessario a consentire l’espletamento della finalità per cui sono stati acquisiti e, in ogni caso, sino a che non ritira il suo consenso. SILS si riserva la facoltà di nominare uno o più responsabili del trattamento, qualora lo ritenga necessario per il raggiungimento della predetta finalità. I Dati Personali, nel rispetto della finalità prevista nella presente Informativa, potranno essere resi accessibili anche a società terze o altri soggetti che svolgono attività in outsourcing per conto di SILS, nella loro qualità di responsabili esterni del trattamento. I Dati Personali potranno essere comunicati, da SILS ai tribunali, alla polizia o altre autorità competenti (sia italiane che straniere) se previsto dalla legge o su richiesta degli stessi. I Dati Personali potranno essere trasferiti in stati non appartenenti all’Unione Europea sui server di proprietà di SILS, e/o altre società alla stessa collegate e/o di eventuali altri soggetti espressamente autorizzati da SILS, nel rispetto di quanto previsto all’art. 45 e seguenti del Regolamento. Il conferimento dei Dati Personali per le predette finalità è obbligatorio e l’eventuale rifiuto di fornire tali Dati Personali determinerà l’impossibilità di soddisfare le Sue richieste, non potendo SILS accedervi, trattarle ed elaborarle. Oltre a ciò, ai sensi dell’art. 77 del Regolamento, Lei potrà proporre reclamo all’autorità di controllo, qualora ritenga che il trattamento dei Dati Personali effettuato da SILS vìoli quanto previsto dal Regolamento.

INFORMATION NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 13 OF THE REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL OF 27 APRIL 2016
(“THE REGULATION”)

The data controller of the processing of your personal data (the "Personal Data") is SILS Studio - Italiano Legale Societario ("SILS"), with registered office in Viale Regina Giovanna 24, I- 20129 Milan, Italy. The Personal Data are processed in compliance with the principles of correctness, purpose, necessity, transparency pursuant to the Regulation, in order to respect the fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as your dignity, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data pursuant to Section 6, paragraph 1, letters (b) and (f) of the Regulation for the purpose to reply to your specific queries, that you send to SILS by means of SILS’ website. The processing of Personal Data may be carried out both in paper form and with IT tools. The processing of Personal Data will perform for the time strictly necessary to allow the fulfillment of the purpose for which the Personal Data have been collected and, in any case, until you withdraw your consent. SILS could appoint one or more data controllers, if necessary to achieve the aforementioned purpose. The Personal Data may be communicated by SILS to the courts, the police or other competent authorities (both Italian and foreign), if required by law or requested by the same. The Personal Data may be transferred to non-EU countries on servers owned by SILS, and/or other companies linked to SILS and/or any other parties expressly authorized by SILS, in compliance with the provisions of Section 45 et seq. of the Regulation. The provision of Personal Data for the aforementioned purposes is mandatory and any refusal to provide such Personal Data prevents SILS to access them, process them and reply. In addition, pursuant to Section 77 of the Regulation, you may propose a complaint to the Supervisory Authority, if you consider that the processing of Personal Data carried out by SILS breaches the provisions of the Regulations.
