Federica Dendena has been with SILS since 2013 and became a partner in 2026. She specializes in corporate, commercial, and employment law, as well as in contracts, customs matters, and data protection and privacy regulations (GDPR) at both national and international levels - topics on which she frequently speaks at seminars, including webinars.

She graduated from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and completed advanced studies at the Sole 24 Ore School of Law and Business in Milan, earning a Master’s degree in Corporate Law. She previously worked in the Italian legal department of Sony Europe and is the author of articles and commentary in her areas of specialization.
